Currently, we only provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the US. We cannot ship to New York, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska. And we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.

In-stock orders typically ship the next business day, unless otherwise noted on the product page. In the rare cases, there may be a slight delay in shipment and you do not receive your order within 14 business days, feel free to contact us at support@birchhunters.com.

RESTOCKING FEE
Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the ebike cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
If a customer wishes to cancel an order after it has been shipped, a 25% interception fee will apply. In the event of a return, a 25% restocking fee will be incurred to account for restocking expenses, logistics costs, and labor. Birch will furnish a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will retrieve the return package. Customers have the option to self-return or organize their own return shipment, but a 10% restocking fee will also be applicable.
Approved returns of defective items within 15 days of receipt are exempt from the restocking fee. Our Customer Service team must be notified as early as possible about this.
Please Note: We do not accept returns for accessories that are not quality problems.

If you haven't received the bike, however, the logistics order shows the goods have been signed. In this situation, please contact us in 3 business days.
Otherwise, after 3 working days, we will no longer deal with this issue, and customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company to solve this issue.
