ADDRESSES TO WHICH WE SHIP

Currently, we only provide FREE shipping to the lower 48 states in the US.
At this time, we cannot ship to New York City, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Alaska.
We also DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO addresses.

 

SHIPPING TIME

In-stock orders typically ship the next business day, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

In rare cases, there may be a slight delay in shipment. If you do not receive your order within 14 business days, please contact us at support@birchhunters.com.

For pre-orders/backorders, please refer to the shipping date listed on the product page.

 

SHIPPING COST

  • All orders containing eBikes include free shipping.
  • Accessories and non-warranty parts purchased separately from a bike and under $150 are charged a $10 shipping fee.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION & RETURN FEES

24-Hour Hassle-Free Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
If your order has shipped and cannot be modified, you may refuse delivery; however, a $300 shipping and handling fee and up to a 20% restocking fee will apply to cover return costs.

Returns

  • Returns for refund or exchange are accepted within 15 days of delivery for products in resalable condition (unused, original packaging, and included accessories).
  • All approved returns are subject to a standard return shipping and handling fee of $300.
  • A restocking fee of up to 20% applies depending on condition and reason for return.
    • A standard 20% fee applies to returns due to buyer’s remorse.
  • Items not in resalable condition may be refused or assessed a higher restocking fee.

Defective or Warranty Returns
Approved returns for defective products reported within the applicable window are exempt from restocking fees. Defects discovered after the return window fall under our warranty policy and will be repaired or replaced per warranty terms.

Please note: Accessories and non-quality issue items are non-returnable.

 

ORDER TRACKING

You can track your order and shipping status on your account if you registered on birchhunters.com.
If you have not registered, contact support@birchhunters.com for tracking assistance — we typically respond within 24 hours.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 3 business days.
After 3 business days, customers must contact the logistics carrier directly to resolve the issue.
